     ZXP-16K straight stroke pneumatic diaphragm small flow single-seat control valveis compressed air as the power source, cylinder as the actuator, and with the help of electrical valve positioner, converter, solenoid valve, retaining valve and other accessories to drive the valve, to achieve switching or proportional adjustment, receive industrial automation control system control signals to complete the adjustment of pipeline media: flow, pressure, temperature and other process parameters.     III. Application of working conditions:
      The regulating valve adopts top-oriented structure and is equipped with multi-spring actuator. Pneumatic diaphragm single-seat control valve has the advantages of compact structure, light weight, sensitive action, S streamlined fluid channel, small pressure drop loss, large valve capacity, accurate flow characteristics, convenient disassembly and so on. Pneumatic diaphragm single-seat control valve is widely used in precise control of gas, liquid, steam and other media, process parameters such as pressure, flow, temperature, liquid level to maintain a given value. It is especially suitable for working occasions where the pressure difference between the front and rear of the valve is small and the leakage is small.

    V. Pressure and explosion-proof structure of accessory positioner
    1. Pressure-resistant packing formula:
    (1) G1/2 interface at the electrical interface, one can be selected, and the unused interface is screwed down with blind plug.
    (2) The actual connection thread of the pressure-resistant packing type should be greater than 5 pitches and locked with lock nuts.
    (3) The wire is suitable for <$9 ~<$10 specifications and has suitable rubber seals.
    (4) Rubber seals should use pressure sleeves to fully compress cables.

    2. Wiring:
    (1) There are two G1/2 interfaces at the electrical interface, one can be selected, and the unused interface is screwed down with blind plug.
    (2) Screw the sealing component into the interface with a threaded joint, and the actual connection thread should be greater than 5 pitches.
    (3) When wiring, pay attention to avoid scratches on the wire skin and ensure that the wiring is correct.
    (4) Input signal +, -pole do not make mistakes, wiring should be reliable, wiring screw M4, limit cover inside and outside each has a grounding connector, you can choose one.
    (5) After the input signal is connected, tighten the junction box and tighten the firm screw M4.
    3. Sealing barrier: Open the injection port of the sealing part and use asbestos sealing filler as a sealing barrier in the specified position. With the sealant injection port facing upward, screw the injection port firmly.

    VIII.Maintenance and adjustment methods:
    Pneumatic valve daily maintenance precautions:
     1, the valve should be stored in a dry and ventilated room, and both ends of the passage must be blocked.
     2, long-term storage of the valve should be regularly checked, remove dirt, and in the processing surface coated with rust oil.
     3, after installation, should be regularly inspected, the main inspection items: (1) sealing surface wear. (2)Wear of trapezoidal threads on stem and stem nut. (3)Whether the packing is outdated and invalid, if damaged, it should be replaced in time. (4)After valve repair and assembly, sealing performance test shall be conducted.
    Debugging method:
     Pneumatic valve positioner is one of the important pneumatic accessories of pneumatic control valve, which realizes the function of receiving control signal to accurately position valve stroke position.
     2, pneumatic valve positioner function: pneumatic valve positioner and pneumatic actuator together constitute an automatic control unit and a variety of control valve connection after debugging installation, combined into a pneumatic control valve. Pneumatic valve positioners are used in a variety of industrial automation process control fields.
     3, pneumatic control valve factory, the positioner and control valve have been calibrated, but the valve installed on the pipeline often need to be calibrated again, the conventional calibration method is: calibration 5 points, namely 4mA,8mA,12mA,16mA,20mA, in 12mA when the positioner feedback rod is in the horizontal position, other groups of signals when the valve position should be 0, 25%, 75%, 100% of the stroke, and the feedback rod rotation angle is less than plus or minus 45 degrees. The deviation between zero and full can be corrected by adjusting the corresponding screws separately. Under normal circumstances, if the valve stroke corresponds to the given signal one by one, it means that the calibration is completed.
     4, the valve closed when a major problem is how to achieve the valve seat tightly closed full load. The usual method is to calibrate the valve so that the closing member (e.g., plug, diaphragm, plate, etc.) is properly positioned on the valve seat, rather than confirming that the closing member is fully seated on the valve seat. In order to maintain the design leakage and avoid corrosion of the sealing surface, the appropriate sealing load must be designed.
     5, single-acting pneumatic actuators are usually used membrane design. In this design, springs are used to reduce seat loads and to withstand full closing pressures. A typical double-acting pneumatic actuator uses a piston design. With this design, unlike the diaphragm design, the supply pressure does not need to be limited, and in order to achieve higher closing pressures, full load supply pressure can be applied. For piston designs, the higher the pressure, the better the valve stability and control sensitivity.
